We are a family business located in the middle of the Pedraforca Valley, the Sierra de Ensija and the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park. Our calves are born and raised in the valley, their food is 100% natural (ecological). It has a traditional and authentic flavor, it has a better nutritional quality, a high content of vitamins and proteins, which strengthens the immune system of people. Being an ecological product we reduce the environmental impact and protect the environment.
For a few years, we have had an online store, where we supply our product to individuals with batches of 7 kg, consisting of: steaks, entrecotes, barbecued steaks, hamburgers, minced meat, fricassee, fillets, escalope and braised beef. We also serve cooperatives, and others.
