About COVER MANAGER
We are a technology company at the service of the Hospitality industry. Our objective is to support our partner restaurants in the global management of their sales, building customer loyalty, without depending on a sales channel. Uniting the most experienced group of people with knowledge of the hospitality sector and engineers who love their work.
CoverManager has his background in another company, Restaurant50, which was born to sell restaurant tables that were going to be occupied. Restaurant50, initially created by José Antonio Pérez, was joined by Carlos Pérez and Nicomedes Sanz, being the 3 founding partners. During this process, the company turned from B2C (Business to client) to CoverManager, with a B2B (Business to Business) dynamic.
The restaurant sector needed an alternative, it deserved a boost and redefine Hospitality and Technology. The goal was to help restaurants eliminate no shows (last minute cancellations), improve demand and build customer loyalty, without relying on a sales channel. Restaurants are in full digital transformation. We all live it every day. It is no longer that the client goes to eat at the restaurant, we go one step further, and the restaurant wants to know everything about its client, before and after his visit.

What do COVER MANAGER do?
Offer restaurants global sales and customer relationship management through solutions for reservation management (CoverBookings), order management (CoverAtHome) and virtual queue management (CoverOnTheGo). We promote direct channels to accept the maximum demand. We help improve profitability and daily operations with marketing and customer loyalty tools. In addition, we are known for having the largest Channel Manager globally through the best marketing channels such as: Google, American Express, Opentable, Facebook and Instagram, maintaining the independence of the restaurant.
Our main clients are restaurants, Michelin Stars, restaurant groups, BeachClubs & Pubs and hotel chains. In total, we work with more than 3,500 restaurants, mainly in Spain and Latin America. Among them, more than 100 Michelin Stars, 7 restaurants on the 50th Best World list, and the most desired groups internationally. We are currently a partner of restaurants such as Diverxo by Dabid Muñoz, Celler de Canrroca, Aponiente, Goiko Grill and La Mafia; and from hotels such as Marriot, NH, Meliá, Hilton and Barceló. CoverManager manages more than 5 million guests per month.
