Quesos EL BURGO is the commercial brand of the firm that includes our fresh traditional artisan cheeses made completely manually and practically brought to our consumers freshly made, maintaining the artisan spirit but applying the highest technology in packaging and reminding the people of the that belongs. In 2013, a new cheese joined the family of fresh cheeses bearing the EL BURGO brand: natural fresh cheese.
90% of the company's volume corresponds to fresh food made mainly with fresh cow's milk of the day whose origin is in its two own farms in Huesca.
Sheep and goat milk also comes from farms in Aragon.
While EL BURGO is the brand used for fresh cheeses, Villa Corona, in addition to being the name of the company, is the commercial brand of our cured and semi-cured cheeses, natural yogurts and our desserts.
