We are small producers of Black Truffle Tuber Melanosporum with our own plantations in Guadalajara and Teruel, in the Gudar-Javalambre region.
We have made the truffle and the world of the truffle our passion and authentic devotion and therefore we have specialized in them. At Trufas Alonso we currently distribute 6 different types of truffles and we have managed to be one of the few truffle marketers that has fresh seasonal truffles 365 days a year.
First introducers of Hungarian Sweet Truffle
We were the first to introduce the Hungarian Sweet Truffle Mattirolomyces terfezioides into Spanish gastronomy, which makes us proud for having been able to contribute to the creation of new dishes and new pairings for the enjoyment of our customers.
