We are a food safety consultancy. It has been almost 20 years since SAIA began its journey with the aim of helping the food sector to comply with all food and water safety requirements. Today we are a consolidated company of 12 specialized consultants who accompany more than 200 clients in their day to day to ensure high levels of quality and food hygiene.

During all this time we have worked with restaurants, hotels, catering establishments, the retail sector (pastry shops, butcher shops, etc.) and the food industry to implement the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), carry out audits, gastronomic R&D advice, training or consultancy in food legislation.
