Located in Tolosa, in the province of Gipuzkoa, at JAKISU we are dedicated to the manufacture of electric barbecues for community use. Our barbecues are efficient, safe and environmentally friendly.
The Jakisu spirit was born to provide a more committed approach to caring for nature—and partly due to the need to take into account the climate change we are experiencing, with increasingly high temperatures around the world.
The company's objective is to offer a flexible and accessible alternative for outdoor meals at any time of the year with healthy cooking, offering solutions for barbecues in any area susceptible to fire.
Avoid CO2 contamination into the atmosphere when burning fuels such as traditional coal fires, firewood... Being electric, we do not generate emissions, being more respectful of the environment.
In a stage subsequent to the search for possible solutions in outdoor terrace spaces, JAKISU set out to devise a Horeca line range by creating the Catering model.

What is the value proposition of JAKISU?
The latest generation of JAKISU grills produce less smoke and odours, are cleaner and allow you to prepare all kinds of home-cooked meals in a healthier way and in less time compared to the barbecue ritual.
The cooking plate is made with two combinations: Aisi 316 SURGICAL stainless steel and another alloy characterized by being one of the best conductors of heat, which requires less time to prepare food compared to other cooking plates.
Thanks to this, heat is transmitted more quickly in a homogeneous way; which makes it more efficient than other griddles on the market, which are made only with stainless steel or iron, in a few minutes we can grill more food, reducing time and saving money on electricity consumption.
The stuffing, or sunken shape of the cooking plate, protects from air currents that can lower the temperature of the food in other types of griddles.
Without the need to carry out any type of work, prepared for the elements.
It reconverts the terrace into a professional culinary environment allowing the customer to enjoy a kitchen service on outdoor terraces.
