The Hofmann Courses are designed to cover all training needs in the hospitality industry. Those who want to make hospitality and/or pastry making their profession, kitchen professionals and gastronomy enthusiasts, have their specific programs at Hofmann.
The Hofmann Hospitality Course is aimed at people with a minimum of ESO, who want to develop the profession of cook based on the standards of quality and excellence of the Hofmann School.
The Hofmann Professional Courses are carefully designed to enhance the talent and skills of aspiring chefs and pastry chefs, while acquiring all the knowledge necessary to develop as professionals.
The Hofmann Specialization Courses are 100% practical and have three annual calls. We offer programs as diverse as World Cuisine, Restaurant Marketing and Management, or Advanced Cooking Techniques, among others.
The Hofmann Monographic Courses are the knowledge base on which creativity is based. It is an annual program of cooking and pastry monographs, where you will learn the necessary techniques to develop your culinary potential, either in the kitchen at home or in a restaurant.
