Located in Madrid, GLOOP specialises in the production of edible cutlery, such as spoons and straws. Gloop represents a revolution against the use of single-use plastic.
This initiative was born in 2020, after a trip to India. Motivated by concern for the environment and the future of the planet, we embarked on a quest for sustainable solutions.
Armed with a backpack and lots of ideas, we found the inspiring proposal of edible cutlery and since then we have been developing it in Spain.
Gloop provides an innovative, practical and environmentally friendly alternative to single-use plastic. We support the HORECA sector in its transition towards sustainability, combining innovation with environmental responsibility, values we consider fundamental in modern business.
Our goal does not stop there; we aspire to be a movement that informs, raises awareness and fights against plastic. We want to change companies' habits so that they make more planet-conscious decisions. We also seek to demonstrate that sustainability can be fun and engaging.
Since our inception, the Gloop family has grown continuously. Today, we are a young, committed, honest and tenacious team, convinced of the power of innovation and the need for sustainability to transform current habits.
