About GELATERIA VENETA
Our history has its roots in 1947, when grandfather Eugenio and grandmother Luigia made artisanal ice cream from the fresh milk of their cows, followed by pasteurization in the stove.
Next, a "cold" shake was made using coarse salt to cool the preparations more quickly, increasing their duration. The ice cream produced was loaded onto special carts and sold from town to town, from Valpolicella to Verona, finding confirmation that remained for decades to come.
More than 60 years later, we have retained the same craftsmanship approach and attention to product authenticity, while embracing the best technologies available today.
