Born in the Basque Country, Santiago Botas is an international consultant specialized in extra virgin olive oils and other high-end foods, with more than twenty-five years of experience. His professional career has allowed him to work in many different parts of the world.
As a promoter and taster of olive oils, Santiago has led seminars and tasting sessions in more than thirty countries. He has also been a jury in international extra virgin olive oil competitions in Spain and Japan.
