The history of Gastromat begins in 2004, when its founder, after accumulating 20 years of experience in Switzerland in the import, distribution and technical assistance sector of all types of machinery for ice cream, pastry, catering and communities, returns to Spain and places all its acquired “savoir faire” at the service of the aforementioned sectors. In July 2007, Gastromat opens its doors in Barberà del Vallès, province of Barcelona as the official Carpigiani dealer in Catalonia. The success of the company is based on the loyalty of its employees in the distribution and repair of quality European brands and market leaders, while maintaining their sense of duty, responsibility and good customer service.
