Celler Lo (2007) is a micro-winery registered in the DOQ Priorat. Illusion, Work and passion for Priorat are our pillars.
Paco Rivero: viticulturist and producer and Rosa García, we manage absolutely the entire production process, from the pruning of the vineyard to the bottling of the elaborated wine.
What do CELLER LO do?
We practice ecological viticulture (certified by the CCPAE), to produce quality wines, at a fair price, that reflect the identity of each plot. We make wine in the DOQ Priorat. We currently produce 2 reds (Lo Màgic, Lo Temps) and a white (Lo Blanc).
What is the value proposition of CELLER LO?
We are ARTISAN: each wine we make is unique and different from the rest. We follow traditional and manual methods throughout the production process, without giving up technology.
We are RESPECTFUL with the environment, and DEMANDING in our elaborations in search of quality.
We make our wines from micro-fermentations in order to process each grape according to the degree of maturity, variety and origin, seeking to reflect the identity of each plot.
All our wines go on the market with the seal of "Viticulturist-Producer" promoted by the DOQ Priorat, to highlight that we only produce with harvest of own production. Our annual output is about 5,000 bottles.
