Carnes Morán is a family business in which the heirs continue the tradition that their father, Agapito Morán, a farmer and butcher at the same time, started more than 50 years ago.
Under the concept "The people in the city" the Morán butcher shops aim to bring the most traditional cuts and meats closer together, making us enjoy the purest essence of things, in this case the most authentic meats.

Thanks to our own Cutting Room, at Morán we take extreme care in the maturation and cutting of our meats. Having our own room also allows us to offer a personalized service: we adapt to the needs and requirements of chefs, cooks, purchasing managers, communities...
From our room we supply not only professional customers, wholesalers and the Horeca Channel, but we also directly serve our network of establishments, so that the end customer can also enjoy the most traditional meats and cuts at home.
We are specialists in national animals of beef, pork, sheep and poultry... always natural meats to evoke the flavors of yesteryear.
