Cantina Valdadige is a Co-operative Winery established in Brentino Belluno in 1957, in the heart of the Valdadige Veronese territory, and it gathers 230 members.
What do CANTINA VALDADIGE do?
Thanks to their love and competence, all the passionate grape-growers of the winery created a heaven of grape-varieties on the piedmont areas of the valley, engendering clearly positive effects on the quality and typicality of the wines produced.
Supported by wine experts, the members chose and assigned specific varieties to each micro-zone, and they still grow them in the maximum respect for the environment in accordance with the up to date model of the ingrated vineyard management.
The grapes are harvested by hand, when they are perfectly ripe, in conformity with the specific zone and variety they belog to, after an accurate chemical analysis of the bunch composition.
The grapes crushing, the working in the winery and the ageing of the wines are carried out using modern technologies, but they still keep to the traditional principles of quality, so as to obtain absolutely genuine top quality products.
Therefore, this is a great grower-estate, which has always pursued the historical aim of increasing the wine potentiality and safeguarding the territory.
