They transform organic cow's milk into their natural yogurts, milk, and star cheese, the "Petit Floquet" (Little Snowflake), which comes in two varieties: Petit Floquet de Vaca and Petit Floquet de Cabra.
The "Petit Floquet de Cabra" is an artisanal cheese made from fresh, pasteurized, organic milk from Cabra Payoya goats that graze daily in Albiol – Selva de Camp (Tarragona).
