We are a small winery located in Requena. Our obsession is to work to get the best product every year, putting all our efforts and all our resources into it. We use native varieties as the fundamental basis of our project and from there we make different wines that reflect the terroir
What do BODEGAS JIMÉNEZ-VILA HNOS. do?
Our work begins in the vineyard. It is very important for us that our wines are a clear expression of the vineyard. You can only get a great wine if you have excellent grapes.
Old vines over 50 years old that are capable of transmitting the characteristics of the terroir.
All our production is harvested by hand and transported to the winery in 20 kg boxes.
In the winery we respect the grape to the maximum so that it retains all its qualities.
Our entire production process is handmade and with this we achieve excellent and unique wines. In the aging we use French oak barrels and a long curing time.
